My name is Marco Boetius.
I was born in 1969 and I am working as an engineer of electronics. In my free time I focus on Kombucha and Kefir. For some years now my hobbies include also the internet.

With this homepage I want to combine these two forms of spending leisure time – my hope is that in the process I can provide many people with an overview on this topic.
