That way, everybody has the possibility to study these natural regimens further. Since every single Kombucha- and Kefir- baby is being grown individually by myself, the amount of orders is limited.
The self-produced beverages may not be compared directly with the Kefir- and Kombucha drinks sold trough the ordinary channels. The fermentation process of the drinks that are being produced in mass production is somewhat limited and many of the vital characteristics (living germs, enzymes) are lost. This may be noticed trough taste and longevity. A freshly produced Kombucha drink should be consumed within the following weeks, a fresh Water-Kefir within the 7 days and a Milk-Kefir even during the net 2 days. Practically this poses no problem, because in the meantime the cultures will have produced a new beverage.
For the production of these sources of nature you will need the right cultures, some time and a little effort and dedication to deal with this hobby. A for the Kombucha you should devote 1 hour per week, for Milk-Kefir 15 min a day, and for the Water-Kefir 15 min every 2 days.
